Cancellation Policy
Everyone’s time is valuable, and we strive to provide the best service possible, therefore we have implemented a strict cancellation policy.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment for you to notify us of a cancellation or if you need to reschedule. All rescheduling/cancellations within 48 hours' notice are subject to a $50 fee. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as our other patients.
There are no exceptions for late cancellations.
No Show Policy
Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation of your appointment if there is not enough time to complete the consultation. If your appointment is rescheduled or canceled due to late arrival, you will be charged a $75 fee.
If you do not call and do not show up to your appointment you will automatically be charged the no show fee of $175. Patients who are not present for their appointment will be considered a No Show and charged $175 on the day of the missed appointment. A continued history of no-shows (3 or more) may result in a dismissal from OPS. In accordance with state guidelines, a patient may be discharged from the practice following three (3) no-shows in a one-year period.
